If you have just changed/uploaded data and it doesn't show on public records page check our article on the synchronization between public records search and your internal inventory.
Your browser, the program you use to browse the internet, saves bits of data from websites you have visited to the device you use in order to not load the same information again later. Sometimes, when the information has been updated on the site's end but has the same name as before (for example images), your browser doesn't display the updated version and instead shows the file it has downloaded before.
To resolve this issue, we should delete such files, also known as cache from your device.
The algorithm differs depending on what browser you use, but the most popular are Microsoft Edge, Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, and Safari browsers. You can click any of the aforementioned names in this article and you will be redirected to the instruction on how to erase cache files.
Next, restart your browser and check if the updated images show up.
In case this instruction did not help, please contact our support team and we will deal with the issue together.
