For Crematorium Management there is a dedicated Settings tab.

You can access it by opening Crematorium Management first, then clicking the Settings button.


Crematorium Info


By default you are welcomed by the Crematorium Info section. Here you can set the description and add photos if necessary. If you have a video with your crematorium on youtube, you are also able to add it here.


To add a photo, click the field shown in the picture below.


Schedule


Second tab is Schedule. Here you can set the weekly schedule of your crematorium and add special days, on which the business is closed. To edit the weekday, click the pen icon to the right of the entry.

Special days can be annual or one-time events. In this tab you can add both holidays and important or exceptional days on which your business is closed. To edit the special day, click the pen icon. To delete the day from the schedule, click the bin.

To make Special Day annual, tick the checkbox in the edit menu.


Notifications


Next on the list is the Notifications tab. You are able to configure if actions in the list send a notice via email or push notification in the app. Toggle the options with the switch to the right of the email field. You can choose different email addresses for different actions.


If notifications are delayed by 30 minutes, you can select the checkbox to notify our support team about the issue. This will help us promptly address any notification delays and ensure smooth communication within the system.


Services


The Services tab allows you to edit or add new services which can be chosen when adding new arrangements.


The "ADD SERVICE" button will add another line to the list, here you are able to enter the service name and price. You can always edit it later or delete it with the bin button. Also, there is a checkbox present for each service. These checkboxes indicate if the service is shown in the Funeral Directors arrangement creation module. This is convenient for services that are internal only.


Funeral Homes 

The Funeral Homes tab is responsible for concluding all the information about them that can be used in other modules. Here you can add a New Funeral Home to the system, edit the data on existing Homes, add Funeral Directors to Homes. To create a new entry click the "NEW FUNERAL HOME" button at the bottom left of the page. To view a Funeral Home card, click within the field of an existing entry.


"ADD FUNERAL HOME" button will open a new card. Some fields are marked with an "*". They are necessary to fill in before you can save the information and continue. Here you can also add existent Funeral Directors or add new ones. Newly added Directors will be added to your Funeral Directors list which you will later see in this article.


Clicking on the existing entry will open an information card with Summary and Funeral Directors tabs. Here you can make changes if necessary or Block Funeral Home if it's not operational at the moment and should not be available for selection in other modules.


In the Funeral Directors tab you can add already existing within the system Directors or new ones and edit the list of Directors associated with the Funeral Home.


When adding a new Funeral Director, every field except for Middle Name is necessary to continue.


If the Funeral Director is not available, you can click the lock button next to their email to make them Inactive. This will lock them from being chosen with the arrangement creation.


Funeral Directors


Similar to the Funeral Homes tab, Funeral Directors presents a full list of Directors which can be used with other modules. You are able to add a new Director, edit an existing one's information and make them inactive if necessary.


As well as in the previous tab of the settings, when creating a new entity within this module you can associate Director to an existing Funeral Home or add a new one. In this module you can also set Funeral Director's password with a corresponding button.


On this page, when you select an entry or create a new one, you can set or reset a password for an account of a funeral director. After you click the "SET PASSWORD" button, a notification with a new password will be sent to the Funeral Director by email set in their personal card.


Storages


The Storages tab is responsible for the list of storages you can send your decedents to in the Crematorium Management. You can add new, remove or rename the existing storages.


Crematorium Operators


The last tab allows you to add or remove Authorized Crematorium Operators. These Operators will also be available for choosing in the Crematorium Management when you move the deceased person to cremation.
