DocuSign e-Signature

At this stage, the document is signed by both the cemetery's representative using DocuSign and the purchaser.


To sign the document from the cemetery's side, simply click on the designated button. This will initiate the signing process and allow the cemetery representative to provide their signature electronically.


If there are multiple individuals responsible for signing the document from the cemetery's side, you can change the signature by clicking on the provided button. This will allow you to select a different signer and update the signature accordingly.


You can also add a new signer by utilizing the provided functionality.


DocuSign can generate a signature for you, but you also have the option to add your own signature using the "Draw" button. This is particularly convenient if you are using a touchscreen device. Alternatively, if you already have an image of your signature, you can simply upload it using the "Upload" button. This allows you to personalize your signature and choose the method that suits you best for signing the document.


After signing the document from your side, click on the "Finish" button.


Great! The document has been signed. Now the system will notify you that the signing process is awaiting the client's signature. If the client is present and ready to sign their document right away, you can generate a QR code and provide it to the client. The QR code will enable the client to conveniently access and sign the document using their mobile device or any QR code scanning app. This allows for a quick and efficient signing process, ensuring that the client can sign the document on the spot. You will receive a notification once the client has signed the document, completing the signing process.


After scanning the code, the client will be redirected to DocuSign, where they will go through the same signing process as before. The client will be able to review the document, add their signature, and complete the signing process electronically.


After completing the signing process, the system will notify the user of the success. From there, the user can proceed to make the payment.
